Iris Queen brings her strategic-planning ability to her position as founder and operator of IQ & Associates, a highly respected political consulting firm in Baltimore, Maryland, providing campaign-related communications services. Ms. Queen oversees the entire consultancy process, from assessing candidates’ needs to facilitating information distribution.

Ms. Queen meets personally with her clients to thoroughly gauge their campaign missions. After formulating effective strategies and developing highly tailored communication processes, Ms. Queen works to distribute information to the public through mailings and other means.

A dedicated professional, Ms. Queen has over 11 years of experience in the field of political communications, including seven years in her current role. Ms. Queen became involved in her profession when a member of her church congregation asked her to assist him with his campaign. After proving to be highly effective in this task, Ms. Queen was approached by a strategist to help support another political race.

Ms. Queen completed coursework in business at Catonsville Community College. She also holds a master certificate in Oracle Database administration from Johns Hopkins University. Currently, Ms. Queen is pursuing certification in information technology healthcare from the Community College of Baltimore County-Randallstown.
